The 21st Battersea Beer Festival was organised by the South West London branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
The festival ran over three days from Wednesday 9 - Friday 11 February 2011, opening from 12.00 - 23.00 each day.
Everyone was welcome, you didn’t have to be a CAMRA member to attend.
Some 177 real ales from all over Britain were available during the festival as well as ciders & perries and a good selection of bottled and draught foreign beers.
Hot and cold food was available at each session.
Entry to the festival cost £3 (£2 before 17.00 on Wednesday) with current CAMRA members receiving a £1 discount on Wednesday and Thursday.
You can download a web version of the complete Battersea Beer Festival 2011 Programme from www.batterseabeerfestival.org.uk/documents/BatterseaProgramme2011.pdf (2.56MB).

The winning pub was The Bricklayer’s Arms in Putney [photo] which also won in 2006 and 2008. Runner up was the Eagle Ale House, SW11 with the nearby Nightingale, SW12 in third. All 1,400+ South West London CAMRA branch members were entitled to vote for their favourite from the eight short-listed pubs on the voting form they receive with the branch Christmas mailout.
